Payment

Payment terms: C.O.D./Net 30 days 15 days after due date, a late charge of 1.5% per month overdue will be added to the invoice, and the next shipment will be C.O.D.

Complaints / Returns

Any complaints about the merchandise must be received by RMC within 8 days of reception of goods. Returns after that time will not be accepted for full credit.

The ownership of merchandise remains with the seller until paid in full

Shipping

Items are shipped immediately if they are in stock by UPS Ground. If your item is not in stock it will be shipped from the next shipment from Norway. The customer will be informed on the stock of items upon ordering.
